A “YOUNG ADULT GUEST PASS” is available for members with YOUNG ADULT HUNTERS between 16 and 18 years of age (proof of birth date required). Call for information.
RHC one time initiation fee is deferred (with proof of birth date) for persons applying
for membership who have NOT reached the age of 19 by September 1 the year applying.
Roosters: We will have ROOSTERS available again for 2008. $15.00 each for purchase during regular Pheasant season; train your dog, private shoot. Interested? Contact Les Edwards, Dennis Sanders or your area manager. Game rules apply; we are not a licensed pheasant club.

· July 26th: Annual RHC DAY 10:00AM; Maxwell headquarters; pick up Membership cards & Maps, Lunch,** RAFFLE** AND Field Blind Drawing.
· August 9th : 1st Annual Pre-Dove Shoot; Martinez Gun Club; see attached flyer
· *August 23rd*: Trailer Drawing at Maxwell Headquarters 10:00AM. Trailer Drawing, water blind holders meetings, BBQ lunch & **RAFFLE**.
· November: Annual Pheasant Opening Day Dinner
Propose a NEW Member and get $50 CASH!!!!
RHC wants you to sign up new members and will pay $50 for each NEW membership!
To qualify for $50 CASH, to be paid at the January 2009 Annual Meeting, a Richmond Hunting Club Member’s name as person proposing a new member must be on the application at the time of submission. The RHC member who signs up the most new memberships by December 31, 2008 will receive a six bird Private Pheasant Hunt for themselves and a guest.
The Officers, Board of Directors & club management have excluded themselves and are not eligible for the $50 cash.

All Board Meetings are open to membership; please contact board members for date, time, and place of meetings. Your input is vital to the future of the club!
